My Story

A few years ago, I started struggling with what I can only describe as "brain fog." I'd walk into a room and forget why I was there. I'd spend an hour studying something and remember almost nothing the next day. I felt embarrassed and honestly a little scared.

"I went down a rabbit hole of memory research and couldn't believe how much science already knows about this — and how almost nobody talks about it in plain English."

So I started testing things. Small habits. Different foods. Sleep routines. Simple memory techniques. Some things worked surprisingly well. Others were total duds.

I created RecallItNow to share what actually worked — in plain, beginner-friendly language, without any medical jargon or complicated science. Just real tips you can start using today.
